we may process your personal information. You can read more about each data management in this information. The purpose of data management, the provision of the service, the issuance of the invoice, the documentation of the payment, compliance with the accounting laws and keeping contact with you.

Contract and billing data management:
We process the information listed below in order to fulfil the contracts. This information can be your name, address, telephone number, tax number, date and time of purchase, name of the product or service purchased, quantity, purchase price, method of payment. The data is stored for a period of time required by the Accounting Act.
Data transfer: During audits we use the service of an auditor with whom we share your name, address, tax number with the date and time of purchase, the name, quantity, purchase price and method of payment of the product or service purchased.

Contact-related data management:

In order to be able to contact you, inform you of any eventual changes and provide personalized services, we manage your name, email address, date, time and, if you contacted us, other personal information provided in the message. This data management is in the legitimate interest of the company. In this case, the data will be deleted only at your request (unless this is contrary to law).

Data management in case of recruitment

The employer, as a data controller during the selection process, uses the data sent to us. We do this so that we can document your application for a position at the Data Controller and allow you to participate in the selection process. This is a legitimate interest of the Data Controller in recruiting.
We handle the following data: your name, permanent address, location, telephone number, e-mail address, place and date of birth, and any other personal information you shared with us during your application. We keep a copy of your photo, cover letter, resume, application, and documents proving your education and other qualifications.
Once selected, data will no longer be used but stored as evidence of non-discrimination for 3 years. This storage is in the employer's legitimate interest.

Information for website visitors:
During a website visit, the visitors' IP address and browser fingerprint are recorded in the server logs for cyber security purposes. Achieving cyber security goals is the company's legitimate interest. These logs will be deleted after 1 month.
If you contact us through our website by filling in the contact form, we will handle other personal data provided in the message in addition to your name and e-mail address. We process this data until the transaction is closed, and the data also pass through the servers of the website provider.
When you visit the website, Google Analytics placed there will place so-called cookies on your computer, this application contains the habits of your website visit, which is the company's legitimate interest and the data are also received by Google LLC. The data are stored on your computer until they are deleted. If you do not want the analytics cookie to be placed, you can disable it in your browser settings or restrict it with a browser extension provided by Google:

You may at any time request from the Data Controller access to, rectification, erasure or restriction of the processing of personal data concerning you and you may object to the processing of such personal data. You may also request that the relevant information be provided in a portable format. See GDPR Articles13-19 for more information.
